Cancellation policy

IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION

WHY A SUBSCRIPTION?

When you select a subscription for any IMAREE product, you are enrolling in an auto-renewing service that will automatically charge your payment method and deliver products according to your selected frequency until you cancel. This applies to all IMAREE products including skincare, haircare, and supplement items.

By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring additional consent for each charge. Your subscription will continue until you actively cancel it through your account or by contacting customer service.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND BILLING

Your subscription will automatically renew according to your selected frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout on the same date of your billing cycle. These charges will appear on your credit card statement as "Maree Beauty" from Maree LLC.

You will receive email reminders before each billing cycle, but your subscription will continue and charges will occur even if you don't receive these emails due to email delivery issues, spam filters, or address changes. You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment information current.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose how often you want to receive your products when you select the subscription option at checkout. You can choose monthly (30 days), bi-monthly (60 days), or quarterly (90 days) delivery. Your first order will be processed immediately, and subsequent orders will be automatically processed and shipped according to your selected frequency.

RECEIVE SAVINGS

Save approximately 10% on all subscription orders compared to one-time purchase prices. These savings are applied automatically when you select the subscription option.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ANYTIME

You have complete control over your subscription and can cancel, pause, skip deliveries, or change your frequency at any time through your online account or by contacting customer service.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

When shopping on Beauty Shop – Maree, select the "Subscribe" option for your desired product under Purchase options. Choose how often you want to receive your products from the frequency dropdown menu. Add the subscription to your shopping cart and complete your order. You will be required to create an account to manage your subscription.

CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION

By subscribing, you explicitly consent to and authorize the following: You are the authorized user of the payment method provided. You authorize IMAREE to automatically charge your payment method for recurring subscription orders. You understand this is a subscription service, not a one-time purchase. You have read and agree to these subscription terms. You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

For fraud protection and dispute resolution, we automatically record your subscription consent including IP address, timestamp, device information, and subscription selections.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the 'Manage My Subscription' section in your account where you can manage your future orders and account information.

Your order will repeat according to your selected frequency, and you will be billed on your scheduled billing date. We will send you an email reminder 7 days before each subscription order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, including shipping confirmations, if items are discontinued or out of stock, subscription cancellations, and order confirmations.

We offer you complete control over your subscription orders. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, skip deliveries, or modify quantities anytime by visiting 'Manage My Subscriptions' in your account. Changes to orders can be made any time up to 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR DESIRED CHANGES

To review or modify your subscription information Visit 'Manage My Subscriptions' in your account. You can change your shipping address for an individual order or at the subscription level, which will affect all future orders.

To skip a subscription order Visit the 'My Subscriptions' section in your account and click the 'Skip Shipment' button next to the upcoming order date.

To modify the delivery frequency Visit the 'Manage My Subscription' section in your account. To change the delivery frequency, click the frequency dropdown next to the subscription item you want to modify and select your desired frequency.

To change your shipping address Visit 'Manage My Subscriptions' in your account and click the 'Edit' link under the current shipping information. Select a previous address or create a new one. This address will apply to all future orders unless otherwise noted.

To change your payment information Visit 'Manage My Subscriptions' in your account and update your payment profile. You can add new payment methods or update existing ones.

To add products to your subscription Log into your account and visit 'Manage My Subscriptions'. Click the "Add a Product" button to include additional items in your subscription with the same delivery frequency.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Online Cancellation (Recommended) Visit the 'Manage My Subscription' section in your account and click the cancel subscription link next to the subscription details. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and may indicate your reason for canceling. Once you confirm cancellation, your subscription will be immediately canceled and you will receive an email confirmation.

Customer Service Cancellation Contact our support team at support@imaree.com or by phone. Include your order number or account email address. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours and send email confirmation.

Cancellation Terms Cancellation takes effect immediately. No future charges will occur after cancellation. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. You will keep any products already shipped. If you signed up online, you can cancel online without calling.

Please allow up to 24 hours for cancellation processing. If you cancel close to your next billing date, you may receive one additional shipment that was already processed.

BILLING AND REFUNDS

Subscription Billing You will be charged the subscription price displayed at checkout according to your selected frequency. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be added where required.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions Our standard 60-day money-back guarantee applies to subscription products. You can return unused products within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for unshipped products.

Billing Disputes If you see a charge you don't recognize or have questions about your subscription billing, please contact us first at support@imaree.com or by phone. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly through customer service. We maintain detailed records of all subscription orders and can provide documentation if needed.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICES

Chargeback Prevention Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting customer service may result in account suspension, collection agency referral, inclusion in merchant fraud databases, or legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

Documentation We maintain detailed records of subscription consent, email notifications, delivery confirmations, account interactions, and billing history to verify legitimate subscriptions and protect against fraudulent disputes.

Payment Security All payment information is processed through secure, PCI DSS compliant systems. We do not store complete credit card information and use encrypted tokens for recurring billing.

You may cancel your subscription before changes take effect if you do not agree to the updates. Continued use of your subscription after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
