imaree® has a no-hassle, full refund policy: no product return necessary! Your happiness is the main priority for us. We want our customers to always feel safe ordering from us, knowing we care about your well-being. We are proud of our products, and it is important to us that our customers are treated as we would expect to be treated ourselves.

To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Care Specialists at support@imaree.com for further assistance on our return process. We will answer you in 2 business days and offer all possible solutions for the refund, then you will choose the most convenient for you and we will send the money. Refunds usually take = 5-7 business days, but they can be expanded up to 21 business days, depending on the Bank.

Please Note Exceptions to Eligible Refunds:

  • Special Offers will be refunded, but only for the price paid.
  • Original shipping costs are NON-refundable.
  • Long or delayed shipping does not make items eligible for the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund orders for any product, or if any return is deemed excessive.

Late or missing refunds

If we have initiated a refund and you haven’t yet seen it credited back to you, first check your bank account again! These things typically have a processing time before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 5-7 business days from when the refund was initiated, please contact us at support@imaree.com

*Our 100% money-back guarantee applies to all products purchased within the last 60 days. If a product was purchased more than 60 days ago, the product is no longer refundable. Customers who have received $200 in refunds are no longer guaranteed money back and will be taken care of on a case-by-case basis. Please note that shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
