60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to request a refund within 60 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with the packaging label intact. Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds for items that have been opened or used. Once the product is opened, it may become compromised and potentially unsafe for other customers. Therefore, refunds will only be granted for opened items if there is sufficient proof of a valid issue, such as a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
Please Note Exceptions to Eligible Refunds:
- Special Offers will be refunded, but only for the price paid.
- Original shipping costs are NON-refundable.
- Long or delayed shipping does not make items eligible for the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- We reserve the right to approve or deny refund orders for any product, or if any return is deemed excessive.
Late or missing refunds
If we have initiated a refund and you haven't yet seen it credited back to you, first check your bank account again! These things typically have a processing time before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 5-7 business days from when the refund was initiated, please contact us at support@imaree.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription on the same day it renews and the payment has already been processed, we cannot provide a refund for that renewal period. Please be mindful of your renewal dates to avoid any inconvenience.
